I have downloaded the above twice now, and both times the exe has failed to
extract as WinZip complains that the zip file is not a valid archive. I have
had the same problem with the Ent (trial) version.

I don't know if you have repeatedly downloaded corrupt file, or corrupt file
is for downloading ...
... but you can have your local Borland representative send you free trial
cd in few days.
