Yesterday I played with TabletPC, and I kind of liked it.
Would it be possible, in future versions of JBuilder, that we can actually
draw UML diagrams and ERA models with hand?
I can almost see myself with TabletPC, sketching applications, while resting
on the bank of river, shore, or on top of mounatin . :)))

That would be KOOL!! Could really help out in a design session, where you
being the process of fleshing out requirements.

Yea it's a neat idea, but I don't see it happening unless the Windows
JVM adds a bunch of Tablet PC extensions to the VM. I don't see
Borland being willing to write a bunch of native OS UI extensions just
for the Windows version of JBuilder.

However, you're right.. that would be cool...

Well, maybe writing dll for use by Delphi, CBX, Together and JBuilder(Win)
by JNI.

I'm still to examine how TabletPC really works, is text entered by
simulating keyboard input (like bar code readers) or with special API.
An if with API, is it passed to same windows event as keyborad input (it
should be).

Sketching UML boxes and drawing lines, like in Paint, would require graphic
pattern recognition.
Pehaps just to use stylus and select box from pallete, and then select where
you want it to appear (like today'ss CASE) for start ...

I would invite you to submit this as an enhancement request via
Quality Central. I think it's a good idea, and QC is where Borland
looks first for adding new features...

I think its good to talk about feature requests in ng before.

Have you read Adding value to JBuilder posts? What do you think about them?

Yes. Imagine TabletPC being connected to LCD projector also, and things you
draw (and others collaborating through 802.11, like with whiteboard in
NetMeeting) is entered directly to dictionary and version control server,
etc etc ...
