What are the requirements to distribute Foundation in this way?
That's something you would have to take up with Borland directly. At
first blush I would assume that the answer is no, you can't include
JBuilder Foundation in your distribution. (All sorts of legalese about
Borland not endorsing your software, having no control over the
distribution of their product, making sure that what you're
distributing is the current version, etc.)
Despite that, there should be little if anything preventing you from
including a link in your documentation that says "Click here to get
JBuilder Foundation" and including the URL of the JBuilder download
page and perhaps some basic instructions on exactly what to download:
